How we got here
Founded by John DeBlasio, who has been ingrained in the heat-treating industry for over 50 years, Allegheny Alloy Inc. has spent more than 40 years supplying high-temperature alloy products to the heat-treating and industrial furnace industries.
As a Marine Corp Veteran owned business with East and West Coast operations and sales representatives nationwide, we serve customers across North America with dependable products, industry expertise, and responsive service.
Our team includes engineers specializing in heat treating, providing valuable technical knowledge and practical insight into the demanding applications our customers face. We specialize in cast and fabricated high-temperature alloy components, including baskets, trays, radiant tubes, retorts, fans, chain guides, roller rails, rollers, custom fixtures, and vacuum furnace components manufactured from a wide range of high-performance alloys and materials.

1976
Started with One Machine
We began in 1976 with one CNC lathe and two dedicated people, focused on keeping our promises. Early local customers needed small batches; we delivered early, and they kept returning.
1990

Expanding the Facility
In the 1990s, we reinvested heavily in new machines and certifications. By 2004, our 12,000 sq ft facility successfully handled its first export orders, marking a major milestone achieved in our growth journey.

Certified & Export Ready
ISO 9001 certification in 2005 brought automotive Tier-1 clients, aerospace projects, and global buyers. We built the systems and dedicated team to ensure flawless and timely order fulfillment every single time.
